Help my brother please !!!!!

This is about my baby brother, who has been very sick for years and is finally finding some help, but the insurance isn't helping, and we have to pay out of pocket. He is a type 1 autoimmune diabetic and is also living with bacterial enzymes in his stomach and severe neuropathy in his feet. He has very severe depression due to his condition. We found a doctor, but it's out of pocket. Anything helps my baby brother needs all the help he can get and if hospitals and insurance are not willing to help, then this is our only choice. i have already been through two funerals recently my dad and grandma i can't lose my brother too
