Restoring the Staley's

As the case is for far too many people in our community, my daughter and her family lost almost everything to flooding to their house from Hurricane Florence. More than 2 feet of water entered their house and the flood ruined all of their furniture including beds, couches, dressers, and also most of Aiden’s toys and even Cara’s car. Most kitchen utensils such as the magic bullet and food processor were ruined as well as all large appliances. As their house is not in a flood zone, they do not have flood insurance to cover these costs.

Cara and Cameron are so grateful for the outpouring of support and requests of how to help. Since they are not able to live in their house for at least the next few months, they do not currently have space to store many items. As the costs continue to come in for the demolition and reconstruction costs to re-install drywall throughout their house along with replacing the items that they lost, financial support is going to be pertinent.

They are blessed and have already been given a washer and dryer, some furniture, and many shoes and toys for Aiden.

Their stipulation for creating this GoFundMe is that 10% of what they raise will be given to other people in the community who are in the same situation or worse.
