In efforts to increase both safety and beauty of our house, we have set a fundraising goal of $10,000.  After having our most recent fraternity workday, we were able to gauge the necessities of  renovation for the house.

We will be able to achieve our goals as we reach certain tiers of donations, as listed below

Tier 1 $2500

At this tier, we will be able to:
-Buy a new and more secure Fiberglass front double front door for $1300
-Redo the front yard (Re-pebble yard, paint front wall, front steps,  as well as pressure wash exterior surfaces)


Tier 2 $6000

At this tier we will be able to:
-Seal the asphalt in the backyard $3500 


Tier 3 $7000

At this tier, we will be able to:
-Buy new, permanent furniture $1000


Tier 4 $10000

At this tier, we will be able to:
Paint the inside of the main house (living room , entrance way, pool room, stairs, upstairs hallway, all bedrooms and bathrooms)
