Restoring Precious Possessions After Looting

Throughout the night on May 30th, Chicago's oldest crystal shop, Precious Possessions, was destroyed and looted due to riots. For over three decades, we've built a space of love, hope, and serenity for our community, and within hours, it felt like our dream was shattered. But even amid the broken glass, the heart and spirit of the store could not be destroyed.  With all your kind and thoughtful donations, we can restore this special place of healing.  This is a difficult time for all of us, and we stand for peace and solidarity with you all.  Thank you so very much.  NOTE: My name is Karla Calalang and I'm from Skokie.
