On August 30th, Alyssa Harris passed away unexpectedly in her sleep at the age of 29. She was Zac’s younger sister and was deeply loved by him, by his wife Autumn, and by all who knew her. Alyssa lived with cerebral palsy, and while her time here was far too short, her legacy lives on through the company that Zac founded to help her and people like her. She will always be remembered for her warmth, humor, and the joy she brought to everyone around her.

After emergency services left their home that day, Autumn and Zac were distraught and decided to clean up inside the house. Their road bikes had been placed in the backyard while they cleaned, and within minutes someone entered the yard and stole them.

Cycling is an important part of Autumn and Zac’s lives. It is something they share together that brings them joy, comfort, and balance. Losing their bikes on the same day they lost Alyssa has made an unbearable moment even harder.

This fundraiser has been created to help Autumn and Zac replace their stolen bikes and restore a small sense of normalcy during a time of deep grief. Contributions will go directly toward purchasing new bikes so they can return to an activity that provides them with strength and can help aid in their healing.
