My baby girl Ziva has been my constant source of love, comfort, and strength. She isn’t “just a dog” to me — she’s my family, my little shadow, the one who has been there through every hard moment and every good one. Recently, I found out she has cataracts that are quickly taking away her vision. Watching her struggle to find her way, bump into things, and look up at me with confusion breaks my heart in a way I can’t even describe. She depends on me for everything, and right now I feel so helpless knowing that the surgery she needs to save her sight is far more than I can afford on my own.

Ziva has so much life left in her — she loves playing, exploring, and just being close to the people she loves. She deserves the chance to see the world clearly again, to live without fear, and to enjoy her days the way she always has. I’m reaching out because I refuse to give up on her. Any help, whether it’s a donation or simply sharing her story, brings us one step closer to giving her the treatment she desperately needs.
