Restore Zeaux's Home and Culinary Dreams

If you've met my friend Zeaux, you know she LOVES BIG. As an educator, chef, community activist, and friend, she constantly finds ways to give herself to others and make people feel seen and supported.

Recently, Zeaux's family home was extensively burglarized and her family needs your support to get back on their feet.

Thankfully, her family is safe, but this was not a typical smash-and-grab robbery. Everything was taken, down to the food in the refrigerator and the toilet paper in the bathroom. What they didn't take, they smashed to bits.

Zeaux has a passion for sharing love through the art of cooking. When she's not at her day job, she runs an elegant pop-up kitchen and catering business. Nearly all of her equipment was lost to this tragic event.

My friend Zeaux is one of the most loving and giving people I know. She gives back by providing a “share table" outside her home for food and needed items for the Oak Park community. She brings food to every gathering. She never forgets anyone’s birthday and always shows up with a gift. She even makes friends with squirrels! If anyone is deserving of help, it is Zeaux!
