Hello, my name is Chantelle. I am writing this on behalf of my Aunt Velma and her mom. She lives part-time with her mother and with her son. The home shown in the video is the devastation of her mother's home located in Westmoreland, Jamaica.

They were in the home during the hurricane and had to evacuate as the roof was destroyed. My Aunt Velma is legally blind, and this house is a part of her routine and the place she calls home. The house is uninsured, and as you can imagine, with this much damage, it would be very costly to rebuild. We are grateful everyone is accounted for and safe, as the residences in her area were hit hard.

We would appreciate any assistance to aid them in their recovery. Thank you for reading our story to make a difference in their lives. Our goal is to return structure to their lives and put a roof over their heads. As Jamaicans say, a friend in need is a friend indeed. God bless!

All funds will be used to rebuild the home.
