Help the Cook family get back on the road

Aaron and Nicole Cook are members of our Refuge Hill family, are on staff, and serve on the tech team. They have recently been hit with a double whammy of transportation disasters, leaving them stranded and struggling to maintain their daily lives. Just weeks ago, Aaron's car broke down, requiring extensive and costly repairs. Then, to compound their misfortune, their second vehicle (and main family vehicle) was tragically totaled in an accident, leaving them without any means of transportation.

As a family of 6 with children needing to be driven to school and activities, let alone Aaron and Nicole needing to get to work and do the basics in life, reliable vehicles are essential for them to do this. Without them, their ability to earn a living, access necessary services, and maintain a semblance of normalcy has been severely compromised.

I am reaching out to our Refuge Hill family for support during this challenging time. I am trying to raise $20,000 so they can purchase two reliable used vehicles. They were uncertain as to how they were going to get a new vehicle when Aaron's car broke down. Can you imagine having their only vehicle left totaled? I asked them if I could set up a GoFundMe for them. They humbly accepted since they are in desperate need of God's provision. We as a church body have a lot going on right now, especially with the current Capital Campaign, but I know God uses His people to bless others. I am believing in this body to bless their fellow church family members. Let's give what we can and watch God multiply the fishes and loaves!
