My name is Anthony Powell, but everybody calls me Tony. I live in Terrell, Texas, but I am from Floydada, TX. It's a small town where everybody knows everybody, but that's the way I like it. I am 44 years old and have been in a wheelchair my whole life. I was born with Cerebral Palsy, and I am classified as a spastic quadriplegic.
