I’m truly not sure where to begin or how to put into words all of the reasons why I’ve found myself on a website like this and sincerely desperate for support of any means, even if just positive thoughts and prayers. I was initially too afraid and too prideful to set up an account like this because, quite frankly, I chose to love Sophie for her whole life, so I should be able to figure out a way to renew her quality of life in both of our darkest hours.

But heartbreak and tragedy don’t typically provide a warning or the means to plan ahead. So, here I am, humbly asking for any support any of my family, friends, and beyond are able or willing to provide to assist my best friend, Sophie, in obtaining CCL (ACL) repair surgery by way of a TPLO. For those interested in more information on what that is, I’m happy to provide such.

Sophie is and will always be the rock that held me together in my worst days, so I’m hopeful that I can return the favor and provide her with a restored quality of life. Sophie is otherwise healthy and stands to roam this earth for years to come with this surgery having over a 90% success rate in restoring her mobility fully.

Sophie deserves this chance and I’m here hopeful and praying with everything in me that I can make this happen for her. Please share if you feel inclined to spread to share Sophie’s story. Her legacy is far from over.
