Hi. First, thank you all for taking the time to donate and read our story. We are the daughters and grandchildren of Shirley Sue Beistel and Charles M. Beistel. Their headstones were stolen from their graveside recently. The cemetery company is refusing to pay for new headstones. Graves are supposed to be a place of rest, not carefree thievery. Shirley's headstone had sentimental value we will never get back; a family friend personally had it made. Charles' headstone was from the military and had his ranking on it. We valued both so dearly. We are heartbroken. With your donations, we will be getting new headstones they so greatly deserve.
