Subject: Help Needed: Ongoing Arson Attacks on My Home

Hello, my name is Willena Payne, and for the past month, I have been the victim of three arson fires at my home. I have reported each incident to the local police department (DPD), informing them of the individual responsible, yet no arrests have been made.

We have video evidence of this person making live threats about causing harm. On May 24th, she sent someone to set my truck on fire, and just a week later, on May 30th, an attempt was made to set my house ablaze while my grandchildren and I were inside. Most recently, on July 4th, at 3:00 AM, another fire was set in my driveway, destroying another vehicle.

We have provided the police with video footage and have identified others involved in this situation. This behavior has escalated to stalking my daughter, with live videos revealing her intent to harm our family.

My home and two vehicles have been damaged, and I am seeking assistance to raise funds for a replacement vehicle and home repairs. Any support would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.
