Help Us Rebuild Our Home After Hurricane Melissa

I am Mark Escoffery. I live inear Black River in St Elizabeth, Jamaica. On October 28, 2025, our family’s life changed forever when Hurricane Melissa, a powerful Category 5 storm, tore through our area in St Elizabeth, Jamaica. The storm blew the roof off our home, causing severe flooding and destroying much of what we own — including our vehicles, personal belongings, and even our chicken coop that helped provide for our family.

Right now, we’re still living in what’s left of our home, in a small decked-off section that’s barely livable. We’re a family of four with two seven-year-old twins, and we’re doing our best to stay strong for them.

We’re raising funds to replace our roof and repair the severe damage to make our home safe and livable again. The cost of rebuilding is overwhelming, and we simply can’t do it alone.

Any amount, big or small, will make a difference. Your kindness will help us restore a sense of stability and safety for our children and rebuild the place we call home.

All funds will be used for home repair.
