My goal is to raise funds for necessary medical care for Ruth, my family's dog. Ruth is a 6-year-old pitbull mix who loves to go on long walks, play tug-of-war, and howl with joy every time one of her people comes home. She has a torn muscle in her left knee and is experiencing limited mobility and a lot of pain. Ruth is the center of my family, deeply loved by all of us and seeing her in so much pain hurts us all.

The recommended surgery to repair Ruth's knee will cost about $5000, an expense that we cannot afford without help. Any amount you can spare for Ruth is infinitely appreciated.
