Restore Ruthi from hurricane devastation

Greetings  I have started this fund raiser to help my beautiful sister, Ruth. She moved to FL a year and a half ago. She is in a desperate situation now due to flooding from hurricane Ian. Cape Coral was hit hard! With the loss of everything; her home, her belongings and her car RUTH NEEDS HELP NOW. She rode out the storm at the house due to her 3 dogs. She needs our help.
