Help Rose Rebuild Her Safe Haven
Donation protected
My name is Steph Neuman, and I'm posting this on behalf of my sister Kate, and my niece Rose.
Yesterday, a powerful thunderstorm tore through my sister’s neighborhood, bringing down a massive tree in her yard. While we’re incredibly grateful that the house was spared, the tree completely destroyed something deeply important — her daughter Rose’s beloved swing set.
Rose has severe autism, and that swing set was more than just playground equipment. It was her sanctuary — a place where she found joy, calm, and a sense of freedom. Along with the swing set, a cherished swing that hung from the tree was also lost. Now, her favorite spot to play and unwind is gone.
Because the tree didn’t hit the house, insurance won’t cover the cost of removal or replacement. The estimate to clear the tree and rebuild the swing set is $7,000. We’re reaching out to ask for your support in helping us restore Rose’s special place. Any amount, big or small, would mean the world to Rose and our family as we work to bring a piece of her happiness back.
Thank you for your kindness and generosity.
