Hello everyone,
On October 21, during high winds, a large oak tree came crashing down on Randall and Cinda's home. This tree had been a familiar sight for many years, a quiet witness to their life together, raising three children and welcoming five grandchildren.
Randall and Cinda met and married 48 years ago. Randall, born and raised in Marshall, spent much of his life working as a carpenter in the community. Cinda dedicated over 25 years to Cargill in Marshall. Now retired, they enjoy attending their grandchildren’s events and family get-togethers.
My parents are hard-working, kind, and generous people who have given back to the community, whether through fundraisers, blood donations, community clean-ups, or support for local education. They have hosted countless family gatherings, creating cherished memories for multiple generations.
With the holidays approaching, we’re hoping to ease some of the stress they’re facing by helping them clean up and rebuild before our next family gathering. It breaks our hearts to see their beloved home so damaged.
If you have a moment, please consider supporting them in this time of need. Any contribution will go directly toward cleanup and repairs, and will be used with love to help restore a home that has given so much to so many.
With gratitude,
Jessica Ivie
