For more than 170 years, Tremont United Methodist Church has been a place where faith comes alive and the community comes together.
Our church is more than a building—it is a place of worship, prayer, hope, and healing. It is where children learn about God's love, families find encouragement, neighbors receive support, and people from every walk of life are welcomed with open arms.
For generations, Tremont UMC has faithfully served the Bronx through worship services, Bible study, Christian education, the Manna House food distribution ministry, prayer, community outreach, and fellowship. We remain committed to meeting both the spiritual and practical needs of our neighbors.
Today, we are asking for your help.
Due to an unexpected loss of regular electrical service, our church has been operating on temporary generator power while we work toward restoring permanent service. Although we are grateful that worship and ministry have continued uninterrupted, the cost of operating on generator power is simply not sustainable.
Our goal is to raise $60,000 to restore full Con Edison electrical service so Tremont United Methodist Church can continue serving the Bronx for generations to come.
