Help remind Noah that hard work and honesty pays off
Meet Noah. He worked all summer mowing yards and power washing neighbors’ trash cans to finally save up enough money to buy what turned out to be my stolen dirt bike off Facebook Marketplace.
I’m starting this GoFundMe to help buy Noah the dirt bike he earned with his hard work and to show him that there’s still good in the world. Every bit helps get him back on two wheels.
Noah is 13 years old and lives in De Soto, Kansas. He proudly brought the bike home with the help of his dad, Zack, not knowing it had been stolen from me months earlier. Then came the knock on the door — police tracked down leads which lead them to Noah's house. He had done nothing wrong, yet he lost the bike he worked so hard to earn.
Noah is as much a victim as I am. And those thieves will get what is coming to them as the detectives are actively working the case (Sedgwick County case number: 2025-00023791). I just remember the pride and satisfaction of working for the things you earned as a kid, and I don’t ever want Noah to lose that pride or confidence in himself or others.
