My name is Erin, and I am helping to raise funds for an amazing woman named Mrs. Luz Mery, who lives in a run-down house. Despite having very little, she's dedicated her life to taking care of 22 street dogs and 10 street cats. A storm destroyed a large portion of her home, and she and the animals are now exposed to the elements. There has been tons of rain in Medellin, and we want to help her as soon as possible to restore her home so she can continue her mission of saving animals.

A friend in Colombia told me her story and is taking the initiative to help her. I am helping to spread her story and raise the funds. My friend Paula already has what's needed to begin putting up columns, but we need to raise more money to install a roof and walls.

We estimate the cost to restore her home will be around 3 thousand dollars. We will update donors with the materials bought with their donations and the progress made in the reparation of her home. Please give what you can because every cent will help this amazing woman continue her mission.
