Restore Monica's Dream Bakery

We never thought we would have to write something like this, but here we are. Earlier this morning, just 4 months after opening, our mom’s beloved bakery, Delicious Bakery by Monica, fell victim to a horrible fire. Most importantly, nobody was hurt, but the bakery has sustained substantial damage. Anyone that knows Monica knows that she is the most loving and selfless person, and this bakery was the start of making her lifelong dream become a reality. She has put her heart and soul into this business, and we want to do everything we can to help get the bakery back up and running, not only for Monica but for her dedicated staff and the community they are so grateful to serve.

There is a long road ahead, but we are hopeful that with the support of friends and family, we can start to pick up the pieces and rebuild our adored bakery.

Nunca pensamos que teríamos que escrever algo assim, mas aqui estamos. No início desta manhã, apenas 4 meses após a abertura, a adorada padaria da nossa mãe, a Delicious Bakery by Monica, foi vítima de um incêndio horrível. O mais importante é que ninguém se feriu, mas a padaria sofreu danos substanciais. Qualquer pessoa que conheça a Monica sabe que ela é a pessoa mais amorosa e altruísta, e essa padaria foi o início da realização do sonho de sua vida. Ela se dedicou de corpo e alma a esse negócio, e queremos fazer tudo o que pudermos para ajudar a colocar a padaria de volta em funcionamento, não apenas para Monica, mas para sua equipe dedicada e para a comunidade que eles são tão gratos por servir.

Há um longo caminho pela frente, mas temos esperança de que, com o apoio de amigos e familiares, possamos começar a juntar os cacos e reconstruir nossa adorada padaria.
