Restore Marcia's Studio After Hurricane
Donation protected
Hi, I am Cindy Carter, I live in Marshall, NC. I am spearheading this campaign to assist my close friend Marcia Moore.
Let's Help Marcia Rebuild her Studio.
Marcia moved here a year ago from Washington State and is an international artist known for her incredible life-size sculptures created from used bike tires. Her stunning work, celebrated for its environmental focus and strength, stands tall as a testament to creativity and resilience.
Unfortunately, Marcia’s living and working studio, nestled at the entrance of the beautiful Pisgah Forest, was hit hard by Hurricane Helene. Floodwaters ravaged her workspace, leaving behind damage that has made it impossible for her to continue her work in the current space.
Amazingly, Marcia’s hefty sculptures withstood the hurricane's winds and floods, a true testament to the durability and craftsmanship of her art. However, the damage to her studio is immense, and she needs help rebuilding.
Marcia’s art brings the world beauty, creativity, and sustainability, and now she needs our support to get back on her feet. The funds raised will go toward restoring her studio, replacing lost materials, and allowing her to continue sharing her unique art with the world.
Any amount, no matter how small, is appreciated. Let’s help Marcia restore her studio and living quarters and continue creating art that inspires and uplifts.
Thank you for your generosity and support.
