I don't usually ask for help nor do I like to, however I have ran out of all possible options. My name is Madysen Benoit age 23, a stay-at-home mother who is severely hearing impaired. I reside with my boyfriend (Chris) who is a police officer and together we have a 4 year old son (Liam) who is very much active.

For the past couple years, I have been battling my insurance company (Medicaid) to assist in supplying me with new hearing aids with negative results. My current hearing aids have been repaired multiple times during these couples years and I am now down to only 1 hearing aid that is in need of repair again, however the doctors are stating that I need to replace them as 1 of the hearing aids is unrepairable. The cheapest hearing aids that I would need are priced at around $2,500.00 out of pocket. Both my boyfriend and I have utilized all possible resources (i.e. Credit Cards, Finance Options, etc..) these last years to obtaining new hearing aids, with no luck. New hearing aids are imperative for me specifically because as I have mentioned, I am a stay-at-home mother of a 4 year old and it worries me that I wouldn't be able to hear him when my boyfriend isn't home. Anything helps and is very much appreciated for my family!
