Restore Julian's Smile and Confidence

My name is Julian. I have struggled over the past couple of years with paying to have dental work on some of my teeth that are in desperate need of fixing. My company health insurance only pays for the basics. I need extensive work done as it's starting to cause health problems. I haven't been able to fully smile at people. It has caused depressive states. Not being able to interact with people socially has made me somewhat reclusive. I love my job and love the nurses I work with day to day.
