Restore Joy: New Bike for my ASD son

2 kids went into my garage and took my 9 year old Autistic sons bicycle. He uses his bike to go fishing and he is having hard time regulating the loss of this. I did make a police report but I don't think the bike will be found. I'm just trying to replace his bike and accessories that were on it such as lights on his tires and water bottle holder.
