Restore Hope: Secure Our Village

The Golden Triangle Regional Homeless Coalition (GTRHC) needs your immediate help.
In mid-June, thieves stole copper tubing from HVAC units installed in the existing structures of the Fresh Start Tiny Home Village on Airline Road in Columbus.
This disheartening loss leaves GTRHC with the crisis of having to replace the tubing and then having it re-attached to the HVAC units; furthermore, it potentially delays the completion of the Tiny Home Village.
GTRHC is in urgent need of funds to replace the stolen copper tubing, to repair work already done on the HVAC units, and—importantly—to purchase security cameras and lighting to ensure
against future losses.
With community support, the necessary repairs and additional security installations can be made, and this vital project can move forward.
The Tiny Home Village will offer secure housing for up
to six months to individuals and families, including two houses equipped for people who are disabled. During their time in the Village, residents will be offered support in learning skills for
employability, such as workplace expectations, strategies for applying for jobs, and assistance in money management. Up to fifty (50) people a year will have safe, secure housing in the Tiny
Home Village.
It is our belief that all people should be treated with dignity, and that all people deserve the basic necessities of life. Your donations will directly impact people’s lives as they experience secure
housing while they are getting back on their feet and move toward employment and independence. Your donations will change lives.
