My mom’s restaurant has always been more than just a place to eat—it has been a gathering spot for our small, often forgotten community in southeast TX. She has always served meals with love, provided a space for connection, and reminded people that even in hard times, kindness and good food can bring people together.

Recently, tragedy struck when her restaurant burned down. Overnight, she lost not only her livelihood but also the place where she poured her heart into serving others. On top of this, she is the main caregiver for her uncle, who recently suffered a stroke and now requires daily in-home care. Despite these overwhelming challenges, my mom continues to put others before herself, showing the same selflessness she has always lived by.

We are asking for your help to raise $3,000 to begin rebuilding. These funds will go directly toward repairing and replacing essential equipment, covering basic start-up needs, and keeping her dream alive so she can continue serving the community she loves.
