On Mothers Day May 11th, our beloved mother, grandmother, and friend Zenaida Delgado lost everything in a tragic fire. While we are incredibly grateful she is safe, her home — filled with a lifetime of memories — is gone.
Our mom is a strong, independent woman who has always put her family and others first. She is the proud mom of seven children and a devoted grandmother to seventeen grandchildren. She’s spent her life giving — whether it was at home, in her community, or during her over 20 years of service with the U.S. Postal Service in Lake Los Angeles where she worked tirelessly before retiring.
Now, she’s facing the unimaginable: starting over from scratch.
We’re reaching out to ask for your help. Every donation, no matter the size, will go toward helping her replace basic necessities, and begin the long process of rebuilding.
If you’re unable to donate, please consider sharing this with others who might be able to help. Your support means the world to us and will go a long way in helping her get back on her feet.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
