Restore Hope for the Marchione Family
Donation protected
Tropical Storm Debby wreaked incredible havoc on our state with some areas experiencing over twenty inches of rainfall - the highest ever recorded in some cities. Unfortunately, the Marchione family was caught in some of the worst of it. The Marchione family recently closed on their new dream home just a couple months ago and are now in a devastating situation.
Their new home is right in the middle of the historical flooding in Manatee County. When they last saw their property around 4pm Sunday, the water was at the deck to the house and all the outer buildings had at least 18 inches of water. As you know, the worst of the storm and rain occurred after 6pm and continued into Monday.
Fortunately, Jess and her family - husband Lawrence, three small children, and their dog were able to make it to safety.
We know there is significant damage to their home and property, but until they are able to safely make it back to assess the damage, we do not know to what extent.
This will be a very long, difficult road for the Marchione family. If you are able, your donation, no matter the monetary amount, is incredibly appreciated. These funds will go to the rebuilding of their home and property including what they lost inside of their home. If you are unable to donate monetarily, please keep them in your prayers.
