On 7/24/2024, my sister Ciara erler and her family woke up at 3 am to their home on fire. Luckily, they were all able to get out safely; however, their home and belongings didn’t make it. My sister’s family are the sweetest, most wholesome family I know! I strive every day to be like my sister, always have. They have two teenage girls, and a young son. Please, if you can help them at all, they would appreciate it more than you could ever imagine. Ciara and David have moved out of the area but for many years lived within our community. They use to own an Italian restaurant in del Norte county. And continue to serve their own community. David is a peace officer and my sister Ciara works as a counselor from her in home office( which now she does not have).
