I am Haya from Gaza, a mother of two beautiful daughters, Alin, age five, and Tawleen, not yet one. I am also the wife of Khaled, a dedicated engineer who worked tirelessly to provide for our family. We lived a simple but loving life, filled with dreams and hopes for a brighter future.

But the war shattered our world, turning our lives upside down. Khaled lost his job when everything came to a halt, leaving us without any source of income. Suddenly, even the most basic necessities became out of reach.

Alin, our eldest, was so excited to start kindergarten, eager to learn and make new friends. She only experienced one day of school before the war began. Since then, her days have been filled with fear instead of laughter, her innocent childhood replaced by uncertainty and sorrow.

As for our little Tawleen, she has known nothing but the sounds of explosions and the cries of frightened people. Her earliest memories, which should have been filled with warmth and joy, are now clouded by the harsh reality of war.
