Restore Hope for Gulf Coast Exotic Bird Sanctuary

My name is Lavenia Fernandez and my animal sanctuary south of Houston (Gulf Coast Exotic Bird Sanctuary) was hit hard by Hurricane Beryl. The devastation was much like Hurricane Harvey due to the high winds along with the flooding.

Along with animal losses, there has been destruction of structures and loss of all the animal feed. The animal sanctuary was completely under water. A picture will be posted below of when I was actually able to make it into the property once the water started going down. I have been working tirelessly to clean enclosures and make them habitable for the many animals that call the sanctuary home. I am in much need of funding for feed, substrate, and repairs to animal enclosures. No amount is too small. Thank you! ❤️
