We've created this account to give friends and community members a chance to help Dom.

Many of us have been fed, nurtured, or aided by Dom in a time of personal need. To his church members, Dom is a friend and fellow traveler. At work, Dom is an always-available advocate and problem solver. To his Gator Salsa Club friends, he is a dancer and long-time cook of delicious dishes.

On the night of September 7th, 2025, Dom's residence fell victim to a devastating fire. While he was away participating in a church chili cook-off, a fire ransacked his apartment. Firefighters have identified that an unused electrical outlet in the kitchen appears to have been the source.

Fire, smoke, and the actions of the emergency responders have destroyed or damaged virtually all of Dominique's belongings. Dom was forced to bury one of his beloved cats lost to this event, and the second is missing. Arrangements have been made for a temporary residence as Dom seeks to put the pieces of his life back together after this terrible shock.

We ask only that you consider the blessings and care that Dom has brought to each of our lives. Anything you can share with him now in this time of need will be accepted with the highest gratitude. Many thanks!
