Restore Hope for Cole Kent After Fire Tragedy

Donation protected
Hello,

It’s a devastating time for the city of Camarillo. It breaks my heart to look up at the hillside. I have yet to take a real good look because I just don’t want to see it. My family were victims of the mountain fire. My mother-in-law’s house was lost. We are thankful that she is insured and that will help with recovery.

I am more concerned about my nephew, Cole Kent, who has resided with his grandmother since childhood. In this fire, he lost all of his worldly possessions. He was at work when this happened and there was no time for anyone else to grab anything. My nephew had just come off of disability last week after developing hard-to-control seizures. He had been out of work for many months. He worked at Home Depot, so his disability was very small. Due to limited funding and not being able to drive his car due to the seizures, he had canceled his car insurance. So in this fire, he lost all of his worldly possessions and his car. This event has been very traumatizing for him and he is struggling hard to find hope.

If you are looking for someone to help in their recovery from this terrible fire, please consider my nephew, Cole Kent. Some of you may know him; he used to work at Rite Aid for many years, others may know him from Home Depot.

He is the first grandchild to the Kent family here in Camarillo.

Thank you for your consideration.
