My name is Jurhee and I’m a former foster parent to two precious babies who were with me from fall 2022 to fall 2023, when they were successfully able to be reunited with their mom who worked really hard to get them back. I’ve been fortunate to keep supporting them and their mom. Their mom has since had another baby, and I love all of them like my own.

Tragically, last night, there was a fire in their apartment complex that spread to their unit, and they lost absolutely everything that the mom has worked so hard to build back for her babies. They are safe but got out with just their clothes on their backs.

I’m starting the GoFundMe to not only support her with her immediate relief needs, but also help restore her and get her on her feet again as she gets moved into a new apartment and needs to furnish it with all the things you would need to start over.
