Thanks for hearing this plea on behalf of my sweet retired parents, John and YaHee. They were woken by neighbors at 12:30 am on Saturday, 6/7/2025, to the smell of smoke and flames ablaze in their home. My elderly parents narrowly escaped with their lives, but sadly all of their lifelong memories and belongings were not so lucky. From their clothing to all furniture to irreplaceable mementos like their Hummel collection from their years living in Germany to Korean artifacts and family heirlooms, as well as thousands of keepsakes such as wedding photos, baby videos, and so much more, all perished in this tragic fire, a fire which remains under investigation as its origin was located in the backyard, cause unknown.

What remains of their beloved residence are ashes and soot and no longer a place to call home to welcome their three grandchildren for Sunday suppers and family time. As this process to rebuild and restart their lives begins, we are hoping to help them with some financial stability with their displacement and appreciate any amount toward this effort. My parents are the most hard-working, kind, and caring people who live a modest life to give to others always. This is a chance for them to receive the same level of care and support they always abide by. Thanks for helping my wonderful parents in this next chapter of rebuilding their lives.
