Help Destiny Smile Again

Hello, my name is Tasheka Houston, proud mother of Destiny — a vibrant, happy, and loveable young lady who attends West High School.

On August 21, 2025, I received the call no mother ever wants to hear — to rush to Children’s Hospital because my beautiful baby girl had been in a terrible accident. At that moment, I didn’t have the full story, and even now I still don’t. What I do know is that my Destiny, who loves to smile and give the warmest hugs, is in pain and needs our help.

As a result of the accident, Destiny lost her two front teeth and now requires dental implants. She was unconscious after the accident and is still suffering both physically and emotionally. This unexpected medical expense is overwhelming, and I am reaching out to our community for support.

While there are details I cannot discuss at this time per my lawyer’s advice, I trust in God that when the time is right, the truth will be revealed. Until then, my only focus is helping Destiny heal and making sure her beautiful smile never fades away.
