Restore Delite Bake Shop: Community's Heart

Delite Bake Shop has been a part of the Yonkers/ Westchester community for over 80 years. Last Saturday, 7/13, at around 12:30 am, we had an unexpected fire occur. There is a long road ahead of us to reopen, and this was a tragedy that we did not foresee happening to our long-running business. Luckily, this was while we were closed and none of our staff or customers were hurt.

This has been devastating not only to our customers but to our staff as well. We don’t have any date as of yet as to when we can reopen. In the meantime, we are trying to raise money because there is a lot of work to do to get us back up and running. We truly appreciate any assistance to help us with any expenses (beyond what insurance will cover).
