As the parent of a current student, I'm raising funds for De Anza High School in Richmond, CA, where the outdoor basketball courts are in disrepair. The school has 20 outdoor hoops, and some of the equipment has worn down to the point that the courts no longer reflect the kind of space students and staff deserve.

This fundraiser will help provide new basketball backboards and nets for all 20 hoops, repaint the entire court, and cover the labor needed for installation and painting. Having proper equipment and refreshed courts would create a better space for students to play and spend time together at school.

For me, this is about more than repairs. I believe better courts can help students feel pride in their school, improve safety on the courts, and boost morale for both students and teachers. A renewed outdoor space can make a real difference in the daily experience of the school community.

If you're able to help, any donation or share would mean a lot. Your support will go toward improving De Anza High School's basketball courts and creating a space the community can feel good about.
