Hurricane Ida might have knocked us down, but we will do everything we can to get back up. Without the help of our insurance company, we will need major renovations. When our building was hit by the storm, our gym space took the brunt of the damage. We were 4' deep with water in our gym at the height of the flood and we lost our floors, walls and almost all of our equipment because of it. We were asked not to enter the building for 3 days because the water could not recede and our remediation team could not start until it was safe enough to do so.
