Hi everyone, I'm starting a fundraiser for Chuck, and I humbly ask for your support.

This year, Chuck celebrated his 13-year sobriety anniversary! He has overcome incredible odds and now dedicates his life to giving back as a Peer Support Specialist for veterans. He is a walking example of hope and service.

After years of focusing on his recovery and helping others, it's time to help him. He is in need of permanent teeth, a procedure at ClearChoice that will restore his health and smile.

The cost is $15,000. This is a goal we simply can't reach on our own.
