Restore Suggs' Historic Family Home Lansing hurricane helene

My name is Caroline Suggs. I am raising money to help possibly repair/rebuild and clean up damage from our 125-year-old family home in Lansing, NC, due to Hurricane Helene. This home has been through at least four generations on my husband's side of the family. It was a beloved and treasured place for everyone in our family.

My kids are heartbroken because they saw their favorite place completely torn to pieces. The house was lifted up by floodwaters and moved at least 15 to 20 feet from its original sitting spot. There was also a covered deck called "the Lily Pad" that completely got washed away by the floodwater and carried away. The front deck of the house was also washed away.

Any help that you can give towards beginning the rehealing process (repair or rebuild and clean up) in our family would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time..
