Hi, My name is James Anderson.

I am currently working to restore Hat making skills in Luton town, The historical home of hat manufacture in the UK. With this I work with a lot of Historical machinery and endangered craft skills. It is essential that these skills and machinery continue to live in use. Not behind museum glass.

I am fundraising to aide in the restoration and return to use of series of historical Luton hatmaking machinery and to fund lessons so that these skills may be carried down from their current practitioners to the next generation.
