Bonnie has insurance and has had many eye tests done but has been gradually going blind. She has glaucoma and cataracts. Before they do surgery to help her keep her eyesight and restore vision in the other eye, she needs $3,000 for cataract removal. There are no options for payment plans, so while she struggles to financially meet this goal, she is silently going blind. She has partial eyesight in one eye. If she loses her vision, she loses her job, resulting in losing her insurance.
