Danielle “Aunty Ipo” Gora’s home in Haleʻiwa has always been a place of warmth, gatherings, and cherished memories for our family. Recently, severe flooding struck the Haleiwa and Waialua area, causing the retaining wall that supports the front of her house to partially collapse. This has left the property unstable and parts of the house unsafe to live in. The damage is extensive, and the repairs needed are far beyond what we ever expected to face.

We are doing everything we can to help my mom, but the costs for emergency stabilization, rebuilding the retaining wall, and making the home structurally sound again are overwhelming. The funds raised will go directly toward these urgent repairs and cleanup, helping to restore safety and stability to her home. Every contribution, no matter the amount, brings us one step closer to making her house safe again.
