About a week ago, Atticus was starting to limp and having difficulty walking around his house and neighborhood. Being a dog of roughly 90 lbs and pointed hips, we feared hip dysplasia was beginning to set in.

We’re currently working to discover the cause of his limp and keeping him on meds to ensure he’s not in pain. So far, the vet has taken x-rays, bloodwork, and refilled his prescriptions. The vet is thinking he might have dislocated his hip instead, but can't be sure. Once some results come back, the vet suggested different types of shots or laser treatments.

Every person with a pet they love has experienced this kind of heartache and stress. These costs add up fast, but I can’t wait to see my boy get the treatment he deserves.
