I was in Detroit for a few gigs and for a personal matter from Tuesday through Saturday.

my friend let me borrow her car for the days I was in town to help me out. Early hours of Friday morning, someone broke out the rear driver side window

and stole my $2k Martin

guitar

that I was using for my events.

I used the money from my gigs to pay to have her window replaced so she didn’t have to make and insurance claim and face a rise in her premiums. I also filed a police report.

I am not in a financial position to replace the guitar which is very sentimental to me, my sister and brother-in-law bought that guitar for my music career a few years ago.

I don’t want my friend to claim on her insurance because she shouldn’t have to face a rise in her premiums because some low life decided they would do a smash and grab.

if you’re able to, I would appreciate any help towards getting money together to replace my guitar so I can continue sharing videos and playing live music.

I know money is tight for everyone and I never do this, I just know I’m always being told never be too proud to ask for help.

thank you for all of your support and kindness, for Jacob especially who has loaned me equipment so I can play the final 2 gigs I have while I’m in Michigan.
