Restore a tattered home

My ex and I have never really been on the best of terms, but we have tried to be in a positive mindset when it comes to our boys. Early 2017, I received orders to go to Okinawa, Japan. My ex and I lived in separate households, highly understandable, but whilst on this PCS, I needed someone to tend to my house. I could have rented out my house, I could have sold my house, but instead I offered a rent free residence for my boys and the mother of my children. I despise my ex wife, but I know any hardship she endures, so do my boys. I wanted life to be easier on her and my children and needed my house tended to, so offering for them to stay in my home only made sense. In January 2019, I took leave from Japan to come home to find my house abandoned and was not allowed access to enter my home; My ex had the locks changed and refused to give me a key as she said, “she still needed to grab a few things from inside”. I knew then, from only looking at the outside there would be a few repairs to be done. I returned home June 2019, after 2 years of serving my country overseas, knowing my house will have to be somewhat renovated and prepped for sell. Getting off that plane I could not have fathomed the destruction done to my home. Mold everywhere, animal fecal matter and vomit, holes in the walls both inside and out, rotting pillars, water damage and leaks (I don’t even know where to begin looking for the source), clothes, torn furniture, scattered trash, a fridge full with food in an unpowered home, garbage on the outside of the premises...
The house was so bad I found out that the city called it in to report it vacant. Not only was my house in shambles, but I had no way of entering because my mortgage company had locked it up. Upon finally entering every step I took within the house, the more devastation I found. To make matters worse, I can not contact my ex, she has my boys and won’t tell me where they are living. She has kept me from speaking to them almost entirely for the last 2 years. She changes her phone number, blocks me, and won’t respond to the hundreds of emails I’ve sent her. If you’ve kept in touch with me, you know my life has slowly been going in a positive direction. I’ve been doing great for myself and my future all for my two little ones.
This is a speed bump, a big speed bump, and certainly an obstacle I cannot just avoid. I need to take care of this house and I need to act fast. I am not one to ask for help, I am stubborn as all hell, but there comes a point when the choice to be stubborn must go out the window. Whether it be monetary donation, tools, or physical “get-your-hands-dirty” help, I am thoroughly grateful for it all. I will post more videos and photos, for my evidence (court) and for proof to y’all that this situation is beyond imaginable.
