Stewardship of Christ Church — Church Hill, Mississippi

Christ Church has entered a new chapter: stewardship.

For more than two centuries, Christ Church has stood at the heart of Church Hill, Mississippi — a place of worship, community, history, and Episcopal faith. Today, our responsibility is to care for this extraordinary church and its grounds so that they remain alive, welcoming, and well preserved for generations to come.

Funds raised through this campaign will support the ongoing stewardship of Christ Church, including:

* Care and maintenance of the historic church building

* Preservation of the church grounds and cemetery

* Continued conservation and repair as needs arise

* Improvements that support worship, hospitality, and accessibility

* The long-term preservation of Christ Church’s history and place in the community

Christ Church is not simply a historic building. It remains an active worshiping community, gathering on the second and fourth Sundays of each month at 2 PM and welcoming all who wish to join us.

Every contribution helps ensure that this remarkable place continues to serve as a house of prayer, a gathering place, and a living part of the Episcopal Church in Mississippi.
